Introduction
Zuhause am Tempelhofer Feld needed a local campaign that could build genuine support for housing development on the edge of the Feld, not just run ads at people without knowing them.
01
The Challenge
The "Tempelhofer Feld Project" is one of Berlin's largest urban development efforts, planned to shape housing for more than 50,000 people across over 21,000 homes as part of the city's future. Before writing a single piece of content, we analyzed the entire market and got directly involved in local events, sitting down with people who disagreed with the project to actually understand their side. We believe in talking instead of arguing, because in the end every project just needs real clarification, people have to understand what it's about before they say no. Our job was making sure they said yes.
02
The Results
We built a content strategy centered entirely on the audience: planned interviews, a structured content approach designed to educate people about the project, and messaging built to let residents actually feel part of the conversation instead of being talked at. The focus stayed on content production and audience understanding throughout, treating a controversial topic with the care a project of this scale actually requires.

03
Final thoughts
Zuhause am Tempelhofer Feld showed that even Berlin's largest housing projects can move forward when the neighborhood is treated as part of the conversation, not just a target list. Taking on a project shaping over 21,000 homes meant every piece of content had to carry real weight and real care. It's a reminder that trust at this scale is built through structure and honesty, not volume.
